Install. Sign in.
Get to work.
A practical guide for company administrators and the people using your Galletrix product.
01 / Installation
Choose your product’s app.
Each Galletrix product has its own web address and separately installed Windows and Linux applications. You need a 64-bit computer, internet access and a company account. This is a connected desktop app, not an offline database.
Windows
- Download the Galletrix Interiors installer from this website.
- Confirm the source is www.galletrix.com and compare its SHA-256 checksum with the release details.
- Run the installer and finish setup.
- Open Galletrix Interiors from your Start menu or desktop shortcut.
Linux
A sandbox-capable desktop session running as a normal user is required. If your distribution cannot provide the sandbox, use your product’s web application and contact support. The app does not automatically disable sandbox protection.
- Download the Galletrix Interiors AppImage.
- In your file manager, open Properties → Permissions and allow the file to run as a program. Alternatively, run
chmod +x Galletrix-Interiors-1.3.0.AppImagein the download directory. - Open it as your normal desktop user. Do not run it as root or disable its sandbox.
macOS users can open Galletrix Interiors online. Internet access is required on every platform.
02 / Signing in
Your account. The right product.
Open your product’s app and use your company username or email and password, or choose Continue with Google. New company owners register for their product and plan, then complete secure Razorpay setup. Existing accounts must confirm their password once before connecting Google.
For Google sign-in on desktop, verification opens in your default browser. Keep the desktop app open: after verification, sign-in returns securely to that app. New users finish registration inside the app. Browser cookies are not copied to the desktop application.
If the return expires, choose Continue with Google again. Upgrade older desktop installations to your product’s current installer. To link Google later, sign in with your password and select Link my Google account in the sidebar.
03 / Company setup
Prepare the company before live work.
- In Settings, review the company name, address, country, currency and tax information.
- Your selected product supplies industry terminology and workflow. Configure document fields, numbering and print designs for your company.
- Add team members and assign only the modules and actions their roles need.
- Add customers, suppliers and catalogue items, then check a sample document before entering live transactions.
04 / The commercial workflow
From quotation to recorded payment.
- Add the customer’s contact and billing information.
- Prepare a quotation with items, quantities, rates, discounts and applicable taxes. Review the totals.
- Preview the quotation and print or export its PDF.
- After approval, create the invoice and verify its number, date and payment terms.
- Record payments in Payment Receipts and check the balance in reports.
For printed documents, review the paper size and scale. Retail supports 80 mm POS formats as well as A4 documents.
05 / Permissions
Keep access intentional.
Administrators manage users, roles and module permissions. Available modules depend on the company’s product, plan and role access. View-only users cannot make changes through the assistant.
Assistant answers use permitted records. Financial answers rely on recorded transactions; missing costs can make profit figures incomplete. Review source records before making decisions.
Support
Get back to work safely.

- Linux launch error: check file permissions and contact support with your distribution and error. Keep the sandbox enabled.
